Labradorite is the Stone of Transformation and Courage: It is a useful companion through change, imparting strength and perseverance. It balances and protects the aura, raises consciousness and grounds spiritual energies. Labradorite can seem like an ordinary rock, but with just a slight tilt, the most brilliant flashes of colourful rainbow light appear. So it is no wonder that this mystical crystal has inspired many legends throughout the centuries. Labradorite is excellent for strengthening your intuition and promoting your psychic abilities. It can stimulate your imagination and calm an overactive mind, developing enthusiasm and new ideas.

What is a mala and how to use it?
Malas can be worn as necklaces, and can also be looped multiple times around your wrist as a bracelet.
The term ‘mala’ is a Sanskrit word for “meditation garland.”
In the yogic tradition the beads are used in japamala practice to recite mantras in meditation (Japa means “to recite”).
A full cycle of 108 repetitions is counted on the mala (so the practitioner can focus on the sounds, vibration and meaning of what is being said), with one additional bead as the summit or head bead called a “sumeru”, or a guru stone, which when reached, prompts the practitioner to count the mala beads in reverse order.
The number 108 is sacred in mathematics, geometry, astrology, numerology and in many world religions and spiritual traditions.
When the number 108 appears in our life it may mean that we are about to attain a long-desired goal or achievement. The number 108 consists of the individual numbers 1, 0 and 8.
The number 1 represents new beginnings, taking initiative, and embarking on a new path of progress.
The number 0 is a mysterious one in that it represents both nothingness and eternity, but when combined with other numbers it will amplify the vibrational influence of the other numbers.
The number 8 is related to power and influence, abundance and achievement and the power to manifest desired outcomes.
