PLACING AN ORDER
When you add an item to your shopping bag, you may either continue shopping or proceed to the checkout. Checkout involves 4 simple steps: Billing, Shipping, Payment and Order Confirmation.
Once we have received your order, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an order confirmation but rather recognition that we have received your requested order.
Please note that this does not guarantee the availability of the merchandise and that ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. Although we make every effort to feature in stock pieces in our website, occasionally we may sell out of featured items. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 5 business days and will not be charged for orders that cannot be fulfilled.
ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO MODIFY OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER. We reserve the right to decline your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, there are shipping restrictions for a particular item, or we do not have the item in stock.
Items in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other clients.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We currently accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Maestro, Klarna and Shop Pay. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon order confirmation. In filling out the payment requirements, you confirm that you are an authorised user of the credit/debit card. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of the credit/debit card rejects authorisation of payment to Lilian Syrigou, we will not be held liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Do I need a Paypal account to pay?
No you don't, at checkout you will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete your order. Simply look for the option at the bottom "Don't have a PayPal account? ". Fill in your name, address, chose the credit card you wish to use, press order and voila!
Ready to Ship orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is received. In case the item is not in stock and ready to ship, it will be specially made for you. Please allow 1-4 weeks lead time. Possible exceptions are specified on the product detail page
As an online shopper myself, I love to receive my purchases in the shortest period possible. Therefore, I will make every effort to shorten your waiting time too. Orders are shipped by Deutsche Post registered air mail with a tracking number.
Please note that the delivery period within Europe is approx. 4-7 business days and for worldwide shipping depending on the destination from 7-14 business days.
Delivery times are estimated, delay by post, custom or holiday may occur.
In case of delivery outside EU custom duty and/or import VAT may occur.
It is the buyer responsibility to pay any taxes that customs might claim.
What about packaging?
I do everything I can, to make sure that my jewelry arrives safely at their destinations!
What happens if I change my mind and I want to cancel my purchase?
If for any reason, you would like to cancel the order, please notify me within 12 hours after you made the payment. Once your order ships, I will not issue a refund until you ship the package back to me.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are unhappy with an item that you have purchased from us online, you may return it for store credit within 14 days of receipt. We only accept returns for purchases made from our online shop. Jewellery purchased through any of our retailers must be returned to the store from which it was purchased and are subject to the retailer’s individual store policy.
We cannot accept returns on items purchased during sales or special promotions, custom orders or international orders. Items must be returned with their original packaging and in perfect, unworn condition.

For your protection, please insure the package for the full purchase amount. Lilian Syrigou is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
Store credit is issued upon receipt of the item. Refunded credits do not include shipping costs.
We offer repairs due to user wear, production fault, lost earring mates, or any other alteration to a piece of Lilian Syrigou Jewellery. We stand behind the quality of our merchandise and are happy to provide repairs due to breakage or damage free of charge for 6 months from the date of purchase on our online store. After the first 6 months, repairs may incur a charge. Elective repairs, such as ring resizing or chain lengthening, or errors by the customer typically may involve a small charge. They are repaired at the owner's expense plus the shipping charge.
Half pairs of earrings cost half the price of a full pair of earrings plus shipping.

What if i received my order damaged?
If you believe that the piece you have received has a manufacturing defect please report this defect within 5 days upon reception . Please ship the order back to me and I will send you a replacement order, repair the damaged item. However, shipping fees may still apply.
TAKING CARE OF YOUR JEWELLERY
How can i take care of my jewellery?
In order to prevent damage please handle each piece with care. Be careful not to throw or drop your jewellery on hard surfaces.
I lost an earring. Can I replace it?
It is possible. First email me a picture of your existing earring. Then if I can remake it you will need to send me the earring to make sure color and size match your existing earring.

Do you wholesale?
Yes. Wholesale orders are welcome. If you are interested to work with me please let me know where your store is located and please include a link to your website if you have one.
Do you have a wholesale catalog?
Soon there will be a catalog! Just keep in mind that I hand craft new pieces almost every week, and to create a catalog with everything is almost impossible! Although, I do my very best to keep my website up to date. So stay tuned!
What is the price range of your jewelry?
The price range of the jewellery start from 35€ and goes up to 150€.
Is your jewelry hand made and where is it made?
My jewellery is totally hand crafted by me and is made in Greece and Germany.
What materials do you use in your jewellery?
I use silver, bronze, enamel, silk fabrics, lace, pearls, semi-precious stones, wood and a variety of other materials. I enjoy marrying precious to semi-precious materials, since the first would not worth without the last.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes, I do. Just contact me and I will be delighted to work with you.
Will my jewellery look exactly as pictured?
I try to maintain consistency in quality as pictured but minor differences may occur since every item in my shop is unique and hand crafted.
How do I measure my ring size?

Would you do a Party/Trunk Show in my home? Is there a cost and what does the Hostess receive for hosting a Trunk Show?
Yes. Request a party by contacting me by email. No there is no cost. Party hostesses receive a discount on their purchase based on the number of items sold during their party.
What is the best way to see new designs?
The best way is to make an appointment and come to my workshop in Berlin. Otherwise, I could easily email photos to you, If you wish. Because my line is extensive I cannot make all items available via my website.
